How do I create an account?

Click the Sign in / Register link in the footer or header and follow the prompts. You can register with email or Google sign-in.

How do I list my business or event?

Once you are signed in, use the Post menu to create a business listing, event, classified, job or recipe. Fill in the details and submit for review.

Is SAFFA HUB free to use?

SAFFA HUB offers a free membership tier. Premium, Business Basic and Business Premium plans unlock additional features and visibility. Visit the Membership page for full details.

Who can see my contact details?

Your full profile is only visible to you and administrators. Contact details attached to public listings are visible to signed-in members.

How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report content that violates our Terms & Conditions by contacting info@saffahub.com.au. Our moderation team will investigate and take appropriate action.

How do I update or delete my listing?

Sign in and go to My profile to manage your listings. You can edit or remove your own content at any time.
